Regional Training Manager
for our Regional office in Warsaw, Poland Your key areas of responsibility will include: • Sales Leader Development: works with new and existing sales leaders to build their business and achieve growth for the independent sales organizations and the company. • Training program development: a consistent training system that includes product training, business model training, coaching skills, goal setting, selling skills, training the trainers, etc for different Distributor levels. • Work with new and existing Sales leaders to build their business and achieve growth for the Sales organization and the company: target setting, performance monitoring, training • Organizes a trainer team in the region. • Manages training costs and budgets according to policies. • Coordinates training activities with Country Managers • Develop performance indicators to monitor and assess results. • Provides support to special projects and management support on operational matters. • Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: • At least 3 years Sales & Marketing experience in direct selling / MLM. • Combination of education and relevant work experience in sales training management • Working knowledge of training program development and network marketing sales processes • Excellent knowledge of the East Europe market and are able to communicate fluently in Polish and English. The knowledge of Russian will be an advantage. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, to include conflict management skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective and positive leadership qualities • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of team • PC proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office package. • Ability to travel and meet workload requirements
